こうした同性愛と薬物というちょっとヘビーになりがちなテーマを、コミカル且つポジティブに描いたNetflixドラマ「Feel Good」もまさに”いい感じ”です。

The phrase "born this way" has been adopted by gay community as a plea for tolerance.
But I can't get quite on board.
It seems so apologetic.
It's like "Please. we were born this way. If we could change, we would."
It sounds like a kind of thing you say pleading before getting punched, not the kind of thing you shout proudly from the roof top.

In fact, why do we need to justify our sexuality in this way at all?
Heterosexuality isn't subject to the same rigorous investigation.

意訳するとこんな感じの筈。。
「Born this way」 がゲイ受容を願うメッセージとしてすごく広まったけど、自分はあまりしっくりしないんだよね。
なんか、謝ってるみたいじゃん。
「こんな風に生まれてゴメンなさい。変れたら変わりたいんです。」みたいに、殴られる前に謝ってるみたいで、自信もって主張する感じが全然ないよね。

そもそも、セクシュアリティについて正当化する必要なんてある？
ヘテロセクシュアルの人に対して、そんな追及しないじゃん。

要は、「Born this way」なんてわざわざ言わなきゃいけないの変でしょ、ってこと。

とは言いつつ、Lady GagaのBorn This Wayはカッコいいですよね。
